Annual Christmas Party with Guest Speaker: Odie Harris, Former NFL Player, Tampa Bay Buccaneer: "Life after Football"

Odie Harris was born in Bryan Texas and received a football scholarship to Sam Houston State University out of High-school and majored in Criminal Justice. Odie Harris went on to play 8 years in the NFL for Tampa Bay, Cleveland, Arizona and Houston and retired in 1997. Odie Harris rededicated his life to Christ in 1995 and joined St Phillips MBC and received his call to ministry in 1998. He entered D Edwin Johnson Theological Seminary in 1999 and graduated in 2003 with a diploma in Pastoral Ministries. He is currently enrolled at Liberty University and pursuing a degree in Theology, Odie Harris started his own Business Other Level Training/Buc20 Football Training in 2014 where he trains young high school and college athletes. Odie and his wife Bianca recently moved to Parrish Florida and they are currently members of Love First Christian Church in RiverView Florida Pastored by Dr. Jomo and Dr. Charmaine Cousins. Odie is a new author and his first book “From The Gridiron to the Pulpit” has a release date of September 17th 2024.
